My eye watering story with Airtelcustomer care service/Airtel configuration setting for android
To keep my story short,I called Airtel customer care for airtel settings for browsing on my android phone. After much time-wasting, about 8 minutes, a guy picked the call at the other end and I presented my issue. It took him sometime to respond and he told me that my phone can’t be configured.
I tried arguing but he took it further to tell me thatyour phone is not a browsing phone, that I should go and get a browsing phone!
Though he didn’t sound harsh, the fangs of his words struck me with both surprise and anger.
For goodness sake, we are talking about and Android phone,Samsung Galaxy Grand!
I killed the line and decided to help my self since Airtel has decided to let me be on my own.
After searching the net, I found what I was looking for and was able to configure my phone by myself. So, the am sharing the settings here.
As for anyone who wants to call Airtel customer care, I wish you Goodluck!
